Armstrong at Indianapolis Motor Speedway:
Dakoda will be making his fourth career NASCAR XFINITY Series start at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. He has earned top-20 finishes in his three previous starts at the famed 2.5-mile track with a best of 17th in the 2014 season.
Dakoda's Thoughts on Indianapolis Motor Speedway:
"It is always fun and a thrill to race on the legendary big track at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. I grew up not far from the track in New Castle, Indiana and it is an honor to now to be racing there."
"The track is really fast with tight corners making it a hard track to race on. In the past track position has been so very important but this new package we are running will make it interesting to see how the passing works out. I think this will be a very entertaining race for the fans and should be a fun one for us drivers."
New Hampshire Rewind:
Dakoda Armstrong has been very consistent this season and is the only NASCAR XFINITY Series driver to have finished every race so far this season. While he kept his finishing streak intact this weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Armstrong would struggle as he guided his No. 28 WinField United Toyota home to a season worst 24th place finish in the running of the Overton's 200 at the Loudon, New Hampshire track.
